The first side owns it, the second side rolls it, the third side trips it, and the fourth side blows it. This, my friends, is sloppy fortitude: Five gigs in four cities, back when the band was catching its third wind. Here, jams coexist with bored recitals. The Stones live were always a bit iffy. Had this been an EP, history may have smiled; the remaster simply highlights the flaws. Anyhow, people want ze hitz, and in this age of deluxe reissues, the bilge would have shown up sooner or later.
